I am a compliance professional with over nine years’ experience across a broad range of industries, including waste and recycling, logistics, quarrying, and fabrication. My work spans health and safety, waste management, and transport compliance, allowing me to provide a fully integrated approach to regulatory and operational requirements.
My background includes operating at a senior level within high-risk environments, including managing a large-scale chalk extraction quarry and overseeing operations at a busy waste transfer station. This hands-on experience gives me a practical understanding of the challenges businesses face, from maintaining safe systems of work to meeting environmental permit conditions and transport operator obligations.
Combined with a Law degree and a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership, I am able to deliver solutions that are not only legally robust, but also commercially and operationally effective. I take a practical, proportionate approach, working closely with clients to ensure compliance is achieved and maintained without unnecessary burden on operations.
